Lexington Patio Screens ("we", "us", or "our") operates lexingtonpatioscreens.com as a lead-referral service connecting Kentucky homeowners with vetted, independent patio screen installers. We are headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you submit a quote request:

• Name (first and last)
• Email address
• Phone number (cell)
• ZIP code and project details (type, opening count, timeline, budget)
• SMS/TCPA consent status and timestamp

We also collect automatically via analytics tools:

• Page views, session data, and conversion events (Google Analytics 4)
• Aggregate traffic data without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
• Session recordings and heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity, if enabled)
• UTM parameters and referral source from your URL
• User agent and browser type

• Route your quote request to a vetted, licensed installer in your service area
• Send you a confirmation text (if SMS consent given) with next-step details
• Follow up on open quote requests via email or phone if you have not heard back
• Improve our service through aggregate analytics (no individual profiling)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertising networks, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

5. Data Retention

Lead data (name, email, phone, project details) is retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission for the purpose of following up on open quote requests and maintaining service quality records. After this period, personal identifiers are deleted or anonymized.

Analytics data (GA4, Clarity) is retained per the default retention policy of each respective provider (GA4: up to 14 months; Clarity: up to 13 months). Cloudflare Web Analytics retains aggregate data for up to 3 years; it does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use the following analytics tools:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Collects behavioral data via first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*). Data is processed in Google's infrastructure. We use GA4 to understand page traffic and conversion events. You may opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics: A cookieless, privacy-preserving analytics tool. No cookies are set, no personal data is collected, and no GDPR/CCPA consent banner is required for this service.
• Microsoft Clarity (if active): Collects session recordings and heatmap data for UX improvement. Clarity may use cookies. You can opt out via the Microsoft Privacy Dashboard.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We share lead data with:

• Vetted installer partners — to fulfill your quote request
• Twilio — to deliver SMS confirmation messages (if consent given)
• Google — analytics processing via GA4
• Cloudflare — cookieless analytics and CDN

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. We execute data processing agreements where required.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@lexingtonpatioscreens.com. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents have rights under the CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

9. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our form, contact us immediately at privacy@lexingtonpatioscreens.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
