Lexington Patio Screens ("we", "us", or "our") operates lexingtonpatioscreens.com. By using this site and submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What We Do and Don't Do

We do:

• Collect quote request information from homeowners
• Route qualified requests to vetted, licensed, insured local installers
• Verify that network installers carry general liability insurance and MagnaTrack certification before receiving leads
• Follow up to ensure installer contact was made

We don't:

• Perform installations, supply materials, or hold a contractor's license
• Guarantee installation pricing, timelines, or workmanship
• Set the terms of any installation contract between you and an installer
• Accept payment for installation work on behalf of installers

3. Your Responsibilities

By submitting a quote request, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate and current
• You have the authority or permission to commission work at the property address provided
• You are requesting information for residential or commercial property located in our service area

4. Installer Vetting

We verify each installer's general liability insurance and MagnaTrack certification before adding them to our referral network. However, we do not guarantee workmanship, and we are not responsible for the quality, legality, timeliness, or cost of any installation performed by a referred installer. All warranties, representations, and service obligations are between you and the installer.

You should independently verify an installer's license status with the Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction before entering into a contract.

5. Communications

By submitting a quote request, you consent to receive communications from us via email and, if SMS consent is given on the form, via text message. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Email opt-out is via the unsubscribe link included in each message.

We may also share your contact information with a single vetted installer in your service area for the purpose of fulfilling your quote request. We do not share or sell your information for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Lexington Patio Screens. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and our referral service are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that referred installers will contact you within any specific timeframe.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexington Patio Screens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or a referred installer's work. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fayette County, Kentucky.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
